yukifu Refund Policy

This page explains when yukifu monthly software plan charges are refundable, when included usage is restored automatically, and how customers can contact support about payment-related issues.

Refund eligibility

The rules below apply to monthly software plans and included generation allowance used for yukifu AI 3D modeling services.

1. Full refund for an unused monthly access period

A customer may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of payment when the purchased plan's included usage remains completely unused.

2. No partial refund after usage begins

If any included monthly usage has been used, the current paid access period is not eligible for refund unless otherwise required by law.

3. Successful generation is treated as consumed software service

If AI generation completed normally, dissatisfaction with the creative result does not qualify for an automatic refund. The software service was delivered and the included usage was consumed.

4. Automatic recovery for service failure

If generation fails because of a system, server, or processing error on yukifu, the failed usage attempt is restored automatically to the customer account.

5. Cancellation and period end

Paid access stays active until the displayed end date. Recurring subscriptions remain active until canceled, and cancellation takes effect from the next billing period unless local law requires otherwise.
